Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program is a referral and revenue-sharing mechanism designed to incentivize long-term ecosystem growth through community-driven promotion.
Participants become permanent ambassadors by paying a one-time fee and can build flexible referral teams with configurable reward distribution.
1. Overview
An Ambassador is a user who has permanently joined the platform’s promotion program and is entitled to create referral codes and earn fee-based rewards from referred users’ trading activity.
Key properties:
One-time payment, permanent status
Multi-code referral support
Customizable revenue sharing
Transparent and rule-based fee rebates
2. Ambassador Enrollment
2.1 Enrollment Fee
To become an ambassador, a user must pay a one-time, non-refundable fee:
200 TBC
Upon successful payment:
Ambassador status is activated permanently
The user gains access to referral management features
3. Referral Codes
3.1 Code Creation Limits
Each ambassador may create up to:
10 active referral codes
These codes can be distributed flexibly to individuals, teams, or communities.
3.2 Code Assignment and Management
Referral codes can be renamed or reassigned by the ambassador
Each referred user is permanently bound to the referral code used at registration
A user may only be bound to one referral code
4. Revenue Sharing Model
4.1 Custom Revenue Split
Ambassadors may define a custom revenue-sharing ratio for each referral code:
Minimum: 1%
Maximum: 99%
This ratio determines how the referral rebate is split between:
The ambassador
The referred user (invitee)
4.2 Invitee Fee Rebate Cap
Regardless of the internal split configuration:
The maximum fee rebate a referred user can receive is capped at 0.25% of the transaction value per trade
Any remaining portion of the referral rebate is allocated to the ambassador according to the configured ratio.
4.3 Rebate Calculation
For each eligible transaction executed by a referred user:
The platform calculates the referral rebate based on the transaction value
The rebate is split between ambassador and invitee according to the code configuration
Rebates are distributed in TBC
5. Reward Distribution
Referral rewards are settled per transaction
Rewards are credited automatically without manual claims
All distributions are recorded in a verifiable ledger
6. Team and Growth Management
The multi-code design enables ambassadors to:
Segment referral groups by region or channel
Assign different revenue splits to different teams
Incentivize high-performing sub-communities
This structure supports scalable and decentralized growth strategies.
7. Constraints and Rules
