Fees

This document describes the trading fee mechanism applied to all buy and sell transactions on the platform, including fee rates, allocation logic, and downstream usage.

1. Overview

All trades executed on the platform incur a transaction fee denominated in TBC. The fee is applied uniformly to both buy and sell operations and is distributed according to a predefined allocation model.

Key principles:

  • Flat and transparent fee rate

  • Deterministic allocation

  • Direct incentives for creators and users

  • Sustainable platform funding

2. Fee Rate

For each buy or sell transaction:

  • Total fee rate: 1.25% of the transaction value

  • Fees are charged and settled in TBC

The fee is deducted at execution time and does not require any additional user action.

3. Fee Allocation

The total 1.25% fee is allocated as follows:

Allocation
Rate
Description

Creator Reward

0.25%

Paid directly to the token creator

Platform Share

1.00%

Allocated to platform-controlled mechanisms

Total

1.25%

Per transaction

4. Creator Reward (0.25%)

  • 0.25% of each transaction value is distributed to the creator of the traded token

  • Creator rewards are settled automatically in TBC

  • This mechanism aligns creator incentives with long-term trading activity

5. Platform Share (1.00%)

The platform’s 1.00% fee share is further distributed across multiple internal incentive and sustainability modules.

5.1 User Rebates

A portion of the platform share may be allocated to:

  • Direct user trading rebates

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Conditional incentives

Distribution rules are defined by protocol-level configuration.

5.2 Ambassador Program Rebates

  • Referral and ambassador rebates are funded from the platform fee share

  • Rebates are distributed according to the Ambassador Program rules

  • Rebate caps and eligibility constraints apply

5.3 Blind Box Reward Pool

  • A portion of platform fees is continuously injected into the Blind Box reward pool

  • This pool funds guaranteed blind box rewards for eligible transactions

  • The pool balance is transparently auditable

6. Fee Flow Summary

For each trade:

  1. Transaction value is calculated in TBC

  2. A 1.25% fee is deducted

  3. 0.25% is transferred to the creator

  4. 1.00% is routed to platform-controlled allocation modules

All fee transfers are executed atomically with the trade.

8. Design Rationale

The fee model is designed to:

  • Reward creators continuously based on market activity

  • Incentivize user participation through rebates and rewards

  • Sustain long-term platform operations

  • Maintain predictable and transparent costs for traders

9. Risk Disclosure

  • Fee distribution ratios may evolve via protocol upgrades

  • Rebates and rewards are subject to eligibility rules

  • Trading fees are independent of market performance

10. Summary

The platform applies a 1.25% flat trading fee per transaction, ensuring:

  • Fair creator compensation

  • User-aligned incentive redistribution

  • Sustainable funding for ecosystem modules

This structure balances growth, incentives, and long-term protocol health.
